Property type Properties built within the last 12 months, those being purchased for the first time since conversion, studio flats and flats in 'mixed user' properties (e.g. above commercial premises) are limited to a maximum of 75% LTV.
10% overpayment Facility available which allows overpayments up to 10% of the balance outstanding each financial year (1st April - 31st March), without incurring any Early Repayment Charges. The minimum overpayment amount is £2,000.

Documents required for loans up to £750,000

We require original documents or legible, certified black and white copies only (colour copies are not acceptable). Contact us for details of who can certify the copies. Applicants must supply all documents listed under 'minimum requirements' below and only the relevant documentation listed under 'additional requirements'. Underwriters reserve the right to request further information at their discretion. Please note that in all cases, we carry out a full credit search.
