- The Bank of Ireland Mortgages website does not automatically store personal information about you. If you ask for literature about our products or services through the site, we only use your input for that specific request.
- Will we use your data to target you with direct mail?
- No. We won't send you any direct marketing information unless you've previously given us your consent. If you already have a mortgage (or mortgages) with us, you may have registered to receive information from us. If you now wish to opt out just let us know. We will then remove your personal data from our direct marketing databases.

- We will store any personal data you give us securely and in confidence. You are legally entitled to ask for copies of the information we hold any time. If anything is inaccurate or out of date, let us know and we'll amend our records.

- An emphatic no. We will not give your personal information to anyone else unless you've expressly authorised us to, or we're required to do so by law.

- Please call us about any of our products or services. The numbers are here on our website. Calls may be recorded for training and to allow us to monitor and improve our service. The same rigorous protection of personal data is enforced within our call centre as it is with our website.
