Changing your correspondence address
If you already have a correspondence address registered with us and this has changed, write to us (all parties to the mortgage must sign the letter) at Mortgage Customer Services Department, Bank of Ireland, PO Box 27, 1 Temple Quay, Bristol, BS99 7AX. Please provide your mortgage account number and new contact details so we can change everything for you. Please note, for security purposes this information cannot be taken over the telephone.

Letting out your residential property
If you have a residential property that you're considering letting you need to tell us as we must give our consent before the property can be rented out.

You'll also need to tell us your correspondence address - this is the address we'll send all documentation to if your tenancy application is approved.
Letting out your property without our prior consent is a breach of the terms and conditions of your mortgage.
Change of name
If you've recently married or changed your name via Deed Poll, you'll need to send us certified copies of relevant documentation (i.e. a photocopy of your marriage certificate certified to be a true copy by a solicitor). Please send your documents to: Mortgage Customer Services Department, Bank of Ireland, PO Box 27, 1 Temple Quay, Bristol, BS99 7AX. We recommend that you use recorded delivery if possible.
Change of telephone number or email address
If your contact telephone number or email address has changed, please call us on 0845 300 8000* (Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm) or email us at mortgage.services@boipluk.co.uk so we can keep our records updated.
