On 9th January 2009 Bristol and West Mortgages closed to new intermediary mortgage business. Subsequently we have removed our intermediary website, and from 14th September 2009 Bristol & West Mortgages will be changing to Bank of Ireland Mortgages.
Existing Customers Following the change to Bank of Ireland Mortgages any of your clients with a Bristol and West Mortgage will receive Bank of Ireland documents in relation to their mortgage. Your clients can rest assured that there will be no change to their mortgage terms and conditions, or the excellent levels of customer service they have come to expect from us. If they took out an insurance policy through one of our preferred insurance providers, Zurich Insurance or Cardif Pinnacle, their cover will continue as normal.
