Borrowing more with us

With Bank of Ireland you could borrow more to make improvements to your home or property, or to help a close relative to buy their first home. Your circumstances, your property and the type of mortgage you have will determine the extra borrowing available to you. You’ll also need to meet our lending criteria and requirements for responsible lending in order to go ahead.

Please note your current borrowing will stay on your existing rate, but any new borrowing will be on the new rates we have available when you apply.
